Average at everything.
Dangerous when it's all combined.

I build businesses, products, websites, systems, communities, and weird little ideas. I'm not the world's best designer, marketer, or developer. But somehow, when you combine curiosity, AI, operations, creativity, and relentless experimentation, things grow.

What you'll find here

Not courses. Not gurus. Not hustle culture. Just honest breakdowns of how I actually build things.

  • The prompts
  • The mistakes
  • The AI workflows
  • The marketing experiments
  • The websites
  • The automations
  • The systems
  • The launches
  • The wins
  • The spectacular failures

If something saves me ten hours… I'll show you.

If something makes me money… I'll explain exactly how.

If something completely flops… you'll hear about that too.

The 100-week betWeek 3 of 100

One meaningful piece a week, every week. 3 down, 97 to go.

“Holy cow… how did you do that?”

People ask me questions like…

  • How did you build that website?
  • How are you doing the work of five people?
  • How did you automate that?
  • What AI tool is that?
  • Where did you learn this?
  • How do you have time for all of this with two kids?

This website is my answer.

What's the catch?

Nothing.

Real talk: I'm running this page with one goal. It's a commitment to get better at something I'm honestly not great at yet: developing content. So I'm showing up with one piece of meaningful content, every single week.

Yep, there will be micro-products (the first one is live). Small stuff, to fund my wild crazy research, the content, and the tech stack that makes all of this go. But if something I make is helpful to you, grab it. If not, just hang out. Either way, I truly hope you gain something from what I build here.

Current experiments

What's on the workbench right now. Some will work. Some won't. You get to watch either way.

I'm Chrissy.

I'm a mom. I love growing things. Sometimes that's children. Sometimes it's companies. Sometimes it's vegetables. Sometimes it's completely ridiculous ideas that should never have worked… until they did.

Over the last decade I've worn just about every hat imaginable:

Product Manager · Operations · Marketing · Customer Success · QA · Project Management · Content · Support · Strategy

Turns out I wasn't becoming an expert in one thing. I was becoming really good at connecting everything.

Today I use AI, curiosity, and whatever it takes to build businesses faster than I ever thought possible. And now I'm sharing everything I learn along the way.

Chrissy

It started with a poem I wrote years ago.

What do you do?

I've always struggled answering the question, “What do you do?” The truth of the matter is I do a lot of things. I've always felt very competent in most activities (aside from spelling, God, I hate spelling) but never great.

For the longest time I felt the need to be great, like the “best” at something, to prove some human worthiness or superpower, if you will.

Turns out my superpower is in the average, and in the sum of all this averageness actually comes something pretty great. I grow things.

As a mom, I am a makeshift nurse, counselor, artist, teacher, hostage negotiator and storyteller.

In the world of start-ups, I am a marketer, operations manager, PM, quality assurance engineer and self-appointed goofball.

But in the end, with patience, relentless attempts, and a can-do attitude, I make things grow. Children, companies, plants, you name it, I will pour my average array of skills and love in, till it grows into something great.
